Randy L. Bartley, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Bartley comes to Coastal Energy from Erskine Energy, LLC, a
private equity sponsored company, where he served as founding
partner and COO for four years. He brings 33 years of diversified
experience in the oil & gas industry, working for companies
including El Paso Corporation, Coastal Corporation and Texaco, Inc.
The last 10 years have been in Senior management positions as
President, COO, and Senior Vice President. This experience includes
the exploration and development of numerous major oil and gas
assets both onshore and offshore, U.S. domestic and international.
Mr. Bartley graduated from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in
1975 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is professionally
affiliated with the Society for Petroleum Engineers and the
National Ocean Industries Association.
Frank A. Inouye, Executive Chairman

Mr Inouye was CEO of PetroWorld and assumed that role after the merger. Prior to joining PetroWorld he founded Deltaic Systems Limited, a UK-based energy group specialising in resource asset management and was previously head of corporate development for Premier Oil, where his primary responsibility was to develop the company's Far East asset portfolio. Mr. Inouye has a background in geology and geophysics.
William C. Phelps, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Prior to Coastal Energy, Mr. Phelps was the Chief Financial Officer of NuCoastal Corporation and NuCoastal Thailand. NuCoastal Thailand, the predecessor company to Coastal Energy, held interests in both the Gulf of Thailand as well as onshore Thailand. Prior to joining NuCoastal, Mr. Phelps held the position of Vice President in the Energy Investment Banking Group of Citigroup. During his 10 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Phelps advised on numerous M&A and financing transactions.
Dr. Allan Armitage, General Manager Thailand Operations

Dr. Armitage previously served 5 years as President of Pearl Thailand and its predecessor, Harrods Energy Thailand. Prior to that, he spent 27 years in various roles with Unocal, lastly as President, Unocal China. Overall, Dr. Armitage has more than 34 years of petroleum industry experience, of which the last 24 years have been in Southeast Asia, and include planning and successfully implementing field development programs.
Kim Landon, General Counsel and Secretary

Ms. Landon has advised oil and gas and oil service companies in international and domestic exploration and production transactions for more than 28 years. As Of Counsel to White & Case LLP, Ms. Landon spent 10 years working in Southeast Asia assisting oil and gas industry clients with matters ranging from the construction of semi-submersibles, FPSO and FSO facilities to seismic, drilling and crude oil sales agreements.
Stephen M. Holder, Vice President, Controller

Prior to joining Coastal Energy, Mr. Holder spent 9 years as a Financial Manager for various divisions of GE Energy, a business segment of the General Electric Company. Prior to GE, Mr. Holder had his own CPA firm for 7 years, served as Assistant Controller, Revenue Accounting for Seagull Energy Corporation, a publicly held integrated oil and gas company, Controller for a private gas pipeline company and was an audit senior for an international CPA firm. Mr. Holder has been an active Certified Pubic Accountant for over 24 years.
